Positive: I liked the location and the apartment itself. The rooms, kitchen, and other facilities inside the apartment is very good. Optimal choice for families.
Negative: May be the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved.
The other thing is that you have to manage everything by your own as no service staff are available in Marsa plasa. But I think it is fair as the price is very cheap in comparison to intercontinental residence suites which is at the same building.
