Positive: Este situat aproape de tot ce ai nevoie. Nu am avut mic dejun la locație, dar ne am descurcat ușor cu cafenelele de lângă.
Negative: Ar trebui zugrăvit holul, sunt doi pereți cu urme de mucegai.
